Wicker proofing baskets

The proofing baskets have passed strictest laboratory and chemical tests in the recognized laboratory of ITC Zlín.

They also comply with the requirements of Regulation No. 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 3, Act No. 258/2000 Coll., and also with the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 38/2001 Coll. Pursuant to § 3, paragraphs 1 and 5, as amended, and Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 127/2009 Coll. on hygiene requirements for products intended to come into contact with food and fodder.

Based on these tests, bakery proofing baskets are fully hygienically suitable for use in the food industry.
